All users agree that the shell is fantastic and completely water and wind proof, while still being breathable and light as a feather.

Different users have used the jacket in different environments, including temperatures below 0 where the jacket behaved admirably.

Trying it on before purchase is advisable because a perfect fit is required for optimum warmth and comfort, but some room must be left for warmer clothing underneath.
