Although not the warmest of jackets, as most users agree, it is certainly suitable for most outdoor activities, including rock climbing.

It is completely water proof and wind resistant and users have had no problems with the material or with the seams leaking, even during heavy rain.

Users like the fact that it is very breathable while retaining its good protection values, and say this makes it a very versatile jacket that can be worn everywhere.

The Arc’teryx Men’s Gamma MX Hoody is an excellent, light jacket that offers excellent protection from the elements, but requires something more to keep the user warm in very low temperatures.
